The important indicator for students should not only be academic accomplishment, but also their character, the influence they have, and their untapped potential.

Abraham Maslow proposed in 1943 key stages of growth in humans - our 'needs'. Before reaching 'esteem' and 'self-actualisation', humans and particularly children, need 'safety' and 'belonging'. Once these needs are met, students can perform at the highest levels and grow in confidence, resilience, and independence.

At Sri KDU International School, Subang Jaya, we set a high bar for safety and the welfare of our students. Students feel empowered to ask questions, safe to meet challenge head on and are accompanied on their journey toward reaching their full potential.

Academic achievement is indeed important, but children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development are as important in preparing them for structured schooling. Not only do we commemorate all the colourful festivities in Malaysia, we also encourage students to participate in various exciting initiatives such as Leadership Awards, Project Based Learning, Student Council, Swimming Galas and many more.

As members of FOBISIA (Federation of British International Schools in Asia), COBIS (Council of British International Schools) CIS (Council of international School) and AIMS (Association of International Malaysian Schools), we actively seek out and offer our students and staff an abundance of enrichment opportunities with the diverse and inclusive International School community in Malaysia and across Asia.

Sri KDU International School, Subang Jaya provides a Foundation Years to Year 12 programme in the English language to students from Malaysia and around the world. The British Curriculum, taught by highly qualified and experienced teachers, is designed to encourage independent thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills, which are essential in today's world.
