Dalian American International School is situated in the Golden Pebble Beach National Resort, about 60 kilometers east of the center of Dalian, a city in Northeast China. It serves students of approximately 29 nationalities in Pre-K through 12th grade. The language of instruction is English for all classes except for proficiency leveled Mandarin classes.

Founded in 2006, DAIS was formed through the collaborative efforts of Intel Corporation, International School Services and Ms. Lisa Liang, CEO of the Honor Roll Company. Since its inception, our school has provided every student with an opportunity to achieve personal excellence and to contribute to the global community. From 2020, DAIS joined Nord Anglia Education and became part of its global family alongside with 70+ schools in 30 countries worldwide.
