Hong Kong Academy appoint new Head of School

Hong Kong Academy is pleased to announce the successful completion of its Head of School search process. The school’s preferred candidate, Kasson Bratton, has accepted the offer to join HKA in July 2024.

Kasson is currently the Deputy Head of School and Director of Learning at Nanjing International School in China, where he has worked for the past nine years. Kasson’s understanding of the international school ecosystem in East Asia, leadership infusing global citizenship into the curriculum and commitment to cultivating rigorous and inclusive learning communities strongly align with HKA’s mission and vision for our next stages of development.

The Board looks forward to supporting a seamless Head of School transition over the next 13 months.
